Grace graduated from the Australian Catholic University with a combined degree of a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts majoring in History. She was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2022.

Grace joined McCabes as an administrative assistant in the recoveries and settlements group and is now a lawyer in the firm's government division assisting on both litigated and non-litigated matters concerning historical institutional abuse. She prides herself on delivering detailed and comprehensive work.
