Hayden Magrath



Hayden joined McCabes in September 2021 as a Lawyer in the Casualty Team within the Insurance Division of the firm.

Hayden has obtained a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Management from the University of Wollongong. After completing his professional legal training at the College of Law in 2019, Hayden was admitted as a Solicitor at the NSW Supreme Court in March 2020.

Over the course of his legal career, Hayden has developed a number of skills in Insurance and Commercial Litigation and prides himself in providing clients with favourable results and advice.

Prior to joining McCabes, Hayden worked in a boutique law firm specialising in Insurance and Commercial litigation services involving debt recovery, motor vehicle collisions and Strata disputes.
