Tian is a lawyer in the Financial Services Advisory team within the McCabes Commercial Division.

Tian assists and advises on a broad range of commercial, regulatory compliance and financial law matters for financial services entities. Her experience includes having provided compliance services and regulatory updates to various types of financial services businesses, advice regarding Australian financial services licence and Australian credit licence applications, and AUSTRAC registrations.

Tian also has experience in assisting with the sale and purchase of entities holding an Australian financial services licence or credit licence.

Tian was admitted to the Supreme Court in 2021 and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of New South Wales. Tian also has a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Commerce degree from the University of Sydney where she achieved an Academic Merit Prize and was an Alumni Award Finalist.
