Sydney, 2018: McCabe Curwood’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution group has been named as finalist for the Australian Law Awards.
The Australian Law Awards, which is run by the Lawyers Weekly publication, is now in its 18th year. The awards are celebrating outstanding work by individuals and firms across major legal practice areas, brilliance at the bar, legal in-house powerhouses, innovators and various firm-led pro bono programs.
Andrew Lacey has credited the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group’s success to the hard work, dedication and ability of the team and also to the high calibre of clients that the group attracts.
“We are fortunate to be able to work on interesting and technically challenging cases. Working with high calibre clients allows us to work with and brief Australia’s top Barristers.” Says Lacey.
“Our group operates as a highly functioning team. We work hard and also very much enjoy the team environment and banter that comes with working on and in high pressure matters.”
The winners of the Australian Law Awards will be announced at a black-tie event being held at The Star Sydney on 31 August.
This is the second time the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group has been named as a finalist for this coveted award.
