As a Senior Associate in the Employment, Workplace Relations & Safety team, Barnaby is an employment and industrial relations specialist. He enjoys forming strong working relationships with clients. Clients find him accessible and easy to get along with, with advice that is user friendly and commercially focused.

Barnaby's practice includes advising on all aspects of the day-to-day employment relationship, conducting workplace investigations over a variety of scenarios, supporting clients on employment issues in corporate transactions, and representing clients in resolving employment-related disputes. Barnaby additionally has extensive experience and a keen interest in industrial relations, with a focus on strategic outcomes-based solutions for clients.

Barnaby is admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia, he holds Bachelor of Business and Juris Doctor qualifications from the University of Technology, Sydney. Formerly a principal of a law practice, he has also completed the legal practice management course.
