Jacqueline joined McCabes as a member of the 2021 Graduate Program and is now a lawyer in the Employment team.
Jacqueline assists and advises on a range of employment matters surrounding employment and industrial law, work health and safety, discrimination, bullying and harassment, management of injured workers and termination of employment.
Prior to joining McCabes, she gained experience working in a banking and finance team at a global law firm in Sydney, and as a member of an in-house legal team at an ASX listed company.
Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in International Business and was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2021. Jacqueline completed an overseas exchange in 2019 at the University of East Anglia in the UK where she studied EU Intellectual Property Law, UK Employment Law and International Law.
