Su-Ming has many years of experience spanning all aspects of personal injury law having previously acted as a plaintiff lawyer and, for the last 15 years, as a lawyer providing advice exclusively to defendants, employers and insurers.

Providing advice to a number of major national insurers, brokers and employers on a range of workers' compensation and personal injury claims, Su-Ming has successfully brought countless litigated and pre-litigated claims to resolution through negotiated settlements with her focus being on achieving the most cost effective, pragmatic, timely and commercial resolutions for the client.

Su-Ming has defended a range of personal injury claims including back and neck injuries; breaks and fractures; severe spinal injuries; psychiatric injury (including stress claims); fatal accidents (including dependency claims) and slip/trip and fall claims.

Su-Ming is a clear communicator who is able to provide clients with logical and straight forward advice on the most appropriate strategies to manage a claim, resolve a matter through negotiated settlement or, where appropriate, prepare for and defend a matter at trial.
