Tina is a senior associate in our motor team coordinating a portfolio of high-volume motor recoveries, fleet claims and credit hire claims in NSW and QLD. Tina also acts on behalf of the subrogated insurer in recovery claims for motor damage and has prior experience acting for car hire companies and smash repairers.
Tina's strength is to provide advice on prospects and/or strategy in all aspects of motor vehicle insurance recoveries as well as excellent negotiation skills.
Tina has vast experience in recoveries and settlements in the Local Court over many years as a Paralegal and Lawyer and also advocacy including running claims and interlocutory applications in the Local Court.
