Wadett is a Special Counsel in the General Liability team of McCabes Insurance division, where she manages a diverse portfolio of public liability claims for government and private clients.

Part of Wadett's experience includes working at a leading Australian insurer, where she managed a portfolio of litigated liability, personal injury, and recovery matters. This experience provided valuable insight into the complex legal issues that arise in litigated claims, including the assessment of recovery potential against third parties and a technical insight into the financial estimation of claims.

Wadett successfully advises on the financial cost of claims in their early stages, in addition to providing valuable advice on liability issues and works hard to consistently provide the best commercial outcomes for her clients.
