The Motor Claims group manage a portfolio of claims encompassing high volume ‘crash and bash‘ motor vehicle recoveries, including but not limited to indemnity disputes relating to misrepresentation and non-disclosure, staged collisions, deliberate damage or staged theft and fraud on the claims process.
Our team is experienced in motor vehicle recovery/defence litigation and the procedures in the small case/general division of the Magistrates Court. We confidently assess prospects of success early in the claim to identify our client’s position in the dispute, we look for ways to identify and resolve claims at an early stage and we have the confidence to act within the bounds of broad general instructions to progress matters without the need to constantly refer back for instructions on mundane points.
