The McCabes Compulsory Third Party (CTP) team are known for their thought leadership and the innovative thinking they bring to service delivery. That spirit of innovation was replicated by the introduction of the Proper Lookout Podcast in 2018, a podcast series discussing all things CTP.
The CTP team’s approach to claims is to identify, from the first advice onwards, the pathway to resolution for the right quantum, recognising that, in some claims, the right quantum is zero dollars because the claim is fraudulent or because the circumstances warrant a strong denial. The team provide insightful advice, in as few words as possible, focusing on the analysis of the issues rather than summary of documents. Their advice gets to the point.
