Andrew Lacey Named Finalist for Managing Partner of the Year at the Australian Law Awards 2025

McCabes is proud to announce that Managing Principal Andrew Lacey has been named a finalist in the Managing Partner of the Year category at the 2025 Australian Law Awards, hosted by Lawyers Weekly.

Now in its 25th year, the Australian Law Awards celebrate individuals and firms that go above and beyond to ensure the legal profession continues to thrive. Andrew’s nomination follows a strong period of recognition for McCabes, with 20 practitioners recently listed in the 2026 edition of The Best Lawyers in Australia™.

Reflecting on the nomination, Lacey credited the firm’s excellent results in FY2024-25.

The winners will be announced at the Australian Law Awards 2025 ceremony on Thursday, 14 August 2025.
