Isaac Rowe

Isaac is a senior associate in McCabes' Insurance division, based in the Brisbane office.

Admitted to practice in December 2007, Isaac is a seasoned insurance litigator who specialises in the defence of claims under the Personal Injuries Proceedings Act 2002 and litigation under the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 1999.

Isaac brings a detail-oriented, forensic, yet commercial approach, honed through extensive private practice experience and in-house roles in the resources and logistics industries.

His core practice focusses on public liability, personal injury, labour hire, property damage and body corporate matters.

Isaac brings a collaborative approach, working closely with stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of each claim to drive excellent outcomes for his clients.

Isaac's expertise includes public liability, personal injury, products liability, property damage, labour hire, general insurance, indemnity and coverage advice and body corporate law.

His experience includes:

· Acting for businesses, body corporates and other occupiers in public liability and personal injury matters during both the pre-court and litigation phases.

· Acting for principals, contractors and host employers in work-related injury claims.

· Acting for retailers and manufacturers in product liability claims at common law and under the Australian Consumer Law.

· Conducting high value litigated property damage claims for both defendants and plaintiffs.

· Providing concise, pragmatic advice regarding technical policy interpretation and indemnity issues.
