Bailey Afa

Bailey is an associate in the Workers’ Compensation group within McCabes’ Insurance Division, where he manages a diverse portfolio of personal injury claims involving complex physical and psychiatric injuries.

Bailey holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the Queensland University of Technology and was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Queensland on 18 March 2024. Since his admission, he has developed significant experience in workers’ compensation and personal injury litigation, including claims governed by the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003.

Bailey regularly works with a broad range of employers, providing strategic and practical advice tailored to their individual needs in the defence and management of common law claims. He is committed to delivering commercially focused outcomes while building strong client relationships through clear communication and responsive service.
