David Grant

David has more than 25 years' experience in insurance litigation, acting for insurers, defendants and claims managers since his admission in 1998.

David has handled claims in the Local, District, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal of New South Wales, as well as Personal Injury Commission of New South Wales, and courts in Western Australia, Tasmania, Australian Capital Territory, South Australia, Victoria, Northern Territory and Queensland.

David has considerable experience in alternative dispute resolution (settlement conferences, mediations and arbitrations) and is highly regarded as a skilled negotiator.

David's areas of practice include General Insurance Law, Products and Public Liability Claims, Property Damage and Pure Economic Loss Claims, Professional Indemnity Claims, Personal Injury Claims, CTP Claims, Toxic Torts and Building and Construction matters.

David is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury.
