About

Dylan is a senior associate in McCabes' litigation and dispute resolution group, with extensive experience in running complex commercial and corporate litigation. He has achieved results for clients by way of negotiated settlements and successful judgments at final hearing.

Dylan has acted for commercial, corporate, and individual clients across a wide range of industries in the NSW, Victoria, and Western Australia Supreme Courts, the Federal Court of Australia, in both Divisions 1 and 2 of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and in the High Court of Australia. 

Dylan believes in understanding clients' businesses and goals to formulate strategies to achieve desired outcomes quickly and cost-effectively so that clients can return to doing business, not litigating.

Dylan can also bring to bear background experience in real property and family law in addition to commercial and corporations law to provide holistic, tailored advice, as well as having the required proficiencies to work with Mandarin-speaking clients.
