Graeme Richards

Graeme is regarded as one of the foremost specialist insurance lawyers in Western Australia. He has amassed a wide, varied, and vast experience over his 40 year career and is one of the most able and effective lawyers in this field.

He has wide ranging and extensive expertise across nearly all insurance lines, including catastrophic and high severity, technical and high complexity, professional indemnity and D&O, engineering and construction, aviation, asbestos and dust disease claims for many of Australia's leading insurers.

His wealth of knowledge and wisdom is put to work to expertly advise, represent, support and serve every major insurer and risk carrier, together with an array of smaller or specialist underwriters coupled with self-insureds, claims management organisations and brokers who entrust him with many strategically important and high value matters.

Graeme was admitted to practice in 1979 and co-founded SRB Legal in 1991 (predecessor of McCabes in WA).
