Huiwen Lee

Huiwen Lee is a senior associate in the firm's Technology & Telecommunications practice.

She has over 8 years of experience in assisting clients on a wide variety of IT, technology, IP and commercial transactions in Australia, Singapore and across the ASEAN region.

This includes advising and assisting clients in negotiating on standard form government technology contracts, data privacy policies and best practices, FMCG and technology distribution and resale arrangements, TV advertising standards and acquisitions of technology companies.

Prior to practising in Australia, Huiwen was a senior associate in Singapore that focused on commercial and corporate transactions, including corporate restructuring, commercial leasing and employment advisory work.
