Jacob is an associate in the Private Clients group specialising in estate and succession planning.

Jacob advises a wide range of clients, including high net wealth individuals, family businesses, and corporate entities with complex financial structures. He works closely with our clients and their professional advisors to provide timely, comprehensive and bespoke advice, ensuring that our clients' wealth is protected and preserved for future generations.

Jacob is experienced in a wide range of Private Clients matters. He regularly assists clients with preparing complex estate and succession planning documents, including Wills establishing testamentary trusts and dealing with succession of control of trusts and corporate entities, and asset protection structuring to minimise exposure of assets to creditor and relationship breakdown claims. His practice also includes advising on trusts, including trust establishment, administration, succession and interpretation, and deceased estates, including complex applications for grants of probate and estate administration.
