Jennifer is a principal within the firm's Government division, leading a dedicated team of lawyers who assist and advise NSW government agencies on a range of matters.

Jennifer has over 20 years' experience working within or for government both before and after admission as a solicitor. This includes experience as an in-house solicitor for the NSW Police Force and the department formally known as NSW Trade & Investment. Since moving into private practice in 2018. In private practice, Jennifer has continued to focus on government clients, including in civil litigation and dispute resolution, coronial inquests, administrative law, Royal Commissions and other forms of inquiries and investigations.

Jennifer has a deep knowledge of government and delivers strategic advice to achieve the long-term goals of her clients. Jennifer has the proven ability to assist clients to navigate large scale and high profile matters, such as inquests, as well as the day to day claims. She has a strong interest in law enforcement, emergency management and child protection, whether arising in litigation or in coronial inquests.

In addition to the above experience, Jennifer is a Councillor of the Law Society and is a current member of the Litigation Committee. Jennifer is a past member of the Government Solicitors' Committee, Public Law Committee and is a Past President of the NSW Young Lawyers and the Past Chair of the Law Council of Australia Young Lawyers Committee. Jennifer has maintained her strong interest in mentoring and supporting early career lawyers.
