Kevin is an insurance specialist, with over a decade's experience gained working in both Australia and the UK. He currently practises in the firm's General Liability group.

Kevin has acted on behalf of insurers in litigated and unlitigated claims for personal injury, product liability, property damage as well as construction disputes in jurisdictions ranging from the Local Court to the High Court of Australia. His wide variety of work has resulted in an in-depth knowledge of insurance risks and he recognises his clients need for early and accurate advice to identify the real issues in dispute in each claim.

Kevin's focus is on utilising his strong communication skills to facilitate open discussions to explore the early resolution of claims. In addition to his common sense approach to litigation, this enables a cost-effective approach designed to suit his clients particular needs on a case by case basis.
