Kristine completed her Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce degrees at the University of New South Wales and was admitted into practice in April 2008.
Kristine works in the insurance division of the general liability team. She has many years of personal injury and public liability litigation experience acting for a variety of insurers and government agencies including the NSW Department of Education and Department of Communities and Justice.
Kristine is a specialist in the management and defence of historical child sexual abuse claims including sensitive, complex and high quantum claims. Kristine has extensive experience representing clients at multi-party mediations and settlement conferences. She has a strong understanding in this unique field and takes a compassionate approach to all her matters.
Kristine takes pride in building and maintaining client relationships and appreciates the importance of successfully resolving claims at an early stage in accordance with the Model Litigant Policies for Civil Litigation and Guiding Principles.
In addition to the above experience, Kristine has volunteered at the Marrickville Legal Centre and mentored students as part of the NSW Department of Education, LEAPS Mentoring Program. Kristine has a strong interest in pro bono work and is passionate about mentoring and training her team.
