Minji Kim

Minji is an associate in the Insurance Division at McCabes, practising within the Brisbane Casualty group. She acts for domestic insurers and their insureds in the defence of a broad range of claims, including public liability, personal injury, dust-diseases claims and property damage matters.

Minji has experience managing both pre-litigated and litigated claims and advises clients throughout all stages of the claims process. While her practice is primarily focused on Queensland matters, she has also acted in matters across New South Wales and Victoria.

With a strong focus on client service, Minji is dedicated to protecting her clients’ interests and delivering commercially pragmatic outcomes. She works with insurers and insureds to manage risk, resolve disputes efficiently, and develop strategic solutions to complex claims. Minji is passionate about building lasting client relationships and providing clear, practical advice that supports informed decision-making and favourable outcomes.

Minji holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the Queensland University of Technology and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2023.
