Paige van Leeuwen

Paige is an associate in the Casualty group of our Insurance division, where she focuses on the management and defence of complex and fast paced product negligence, personal injuries, professional indemnity and property damage matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Prior to joining McCabes, Paige worked for several years defending manufacturers and suppliers of dangerous dust containing products and has an interest in the relationship between law and complex medicine. She has gained litigating experience in multiple practice areas in the Federal Court of Australia, High Court of Queensland and the Supreme and District Courts of Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales, Western Australia, Tasmania and South Australia.

Paige holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Griffith University, although completed her studies across Victoria and Queensland whilst simultaneously working full time in the industry.

Paige is passionate about developing close working relationships with her clients and providing effective and digestible strategies for them throughout complex statutory and litigated processes.
