Peter Miller

Peter is a highly respected legal practitioner with 18 years' experience in the insurance industry.

Peter's specialist general liability practice includes public liability personal injury claims arising from incidents involving licensed premises, sporting bodies (professional and amateur), shopping centres, local councils, construction companies and volunteer associations. Peter also has experience with WorkCover prosecutions for OH&S breaches.

Peter has extensive experience acting for local and international underwriters, including Lloyd's of London syndicates and has successfully defended claims in all jurisdictions from the Local to High Court.
