Rachelle Moran

Rachelle is an associate in the Financial Lines team, with a practice focused on commercial litigation and related insurance issues. She has experience acting in a wide range of disputes, including professional indemnity, construction disputes, property damage, product liability, management liability, directors’ and officers’ liability as well as regulatory matters.

Rachelle has a strong litigation background and regularly assists clients with complex, large‑scale claims involving multiple parties in the Supreme Courts across various Australian jurisdictions. She frequently advises and acts in the defence of claims against building contractors, engineers, architects, designers and other providers of professional services. She also regularly provides advice to insurers on coverage issues.

Rachelle holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Communications (Journalism) from the University of Technology Sydney and was admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in September 2021.
