Victoria has extensive experience representing insurers active in the WA market and self-insured entities in a wide range of liability claims, including motor vehicle accidents, treatment liability, dust diseases, property damage, public liability, and employment-related claims. She has worked with the Insurance Commission of Western Australia (ICWA), RiskCover, and multiple public sector insurers, providing litigation management, liability defence and strategic claim resolution on matters of varying complexity.
