Yvonne Nguyen

Yvonne is a senior associate in the casualty team within McCabes' Insurance division. She advises national insurers and insureds on a range of matters including public and product liability, property damage, professional negligence, and professional indemnity defence.

Yvonne has a strong background in litigation and is experienced in managing claims across all Australian jurisdictions, including in the Federal Court of Australia and in all State and Territory courts. Yvonne's expertise and practice involves large-scale multi-party litigation, with a particular focus on claims in the building, construction and engineering sectors. In that capacity, Yvonne regularly advises and acts in defence of claims involving manufacturers, building contractors, engineers, architects, other construction professionals and providers of professional services.

Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business (Economics) from the University of Technology Sydney and was admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2021.
