Aashna is an associate in the Government Division at McCabes, specialising in a diverse range of insurance claims including public liability, professional indemnity, property damage and historical abuse. She advises NSW Government Agencies and private clients with respect to both litigated and non-litigated matters before the Local, District and Supreme Courts of NSW.

Prior to joining McCabes, Aashna worked at two leading national firms representing plaintiffs, where she worked on a portfolio of complex and multi-party personal injury matters. This experience provides Aashna with a unique insight and understanding of the needs of stakeholders.

Aashna works with a strong emphasis on her client's commercial objectives, adopting a pragmatic approach to the resolution of matters. She enjoys the challenge of unpacking complex issues and working with insurers and private clients to protect their interests.
