Howard is a senior associate in the Government Division, specialising in intentional torts, inquests, and inquiries.
Howard holds a Bachelor of Laws, as well as an Associate Degree in Policing Practice. He was admitted to practice in both the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia, in 2013.
Prior to joining McCabe's, Howard gained experience in the civil jurisdiction, having appeared in the Supreme and Federal Courts. However, he has spent the last eight years within the NSW Police Force.
Howard has extensive experience prosecuting matters on behalf of the NSW Police Force and other government agencies. He has appeared in a range of matters in the Children's, Local, and District Court of NSW.
Most recently, Howard held the position of Coronial Advocate, a role in which he appeared as Counsel assisting in numerous inquests.
Howard's background has enabled him to develop strong investigation, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
