Raissa is an associate in the statutory insurance division specialising in litigated and non-litigated CTP matters.

Prior to joining McCabes, Raissa worked as a lawyer in a plaintiff personal injury law firm on CTP, medical negligence and public liability matters of varying complexity both outside of and before the Personal Injury Commission and the NSW District/ Supreme Court.

Raissa also has past experience in commercial law and class actions. Raissa holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University and was admitted as a lawyer in the NSW Supreme Court in 2020. Raissa prides herself on her passion for client satisfaction which motivates her to achieving the best outcome for her clients and her strong communication skills.
