Melini is a highly experienced employment, safety, and industrial relations lawyer with over a decade of expertise advising businesses in NSW and Victoria on complex worker-related matters. She has a strong track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients across employment related matters including corporate restructures, terminations, wage compliance, workplace disputes, and post-employment issues.
With advocacy experience in state and federal jurisdictions, Melini has handled industrial disputes, unfair dismissals, and regulatory negotiations with OFWO, SafeWork NSW, and WorkSafe Vic. Her background as a safety prosecutor gives her unique insight into workplace safety, compliance, and investigations.

The unprecedented regulator’s intervention followed an anonymous complaint suggesting the restructure posed psychological harm to workers and that the consultation process was deficient.
