The recent case of Karlene Chandler v Westpac Banking Corporation [2025] FWC 3115 has raised questions about employers' rights to require employees to attend the workplace and the operation of flexible work requests generally.

This webinar will consider employer's rights when responding to flexible work requests and when there are reasonable business grounds to refuse a flexible work request.
