David is an associate in the McCabes Litigation and Dispute Resolution group.

He has a broad range of disputes experience including some notable cases involving partnerships, trusts, and mortgages.

He regularly acts in disputes involving companies, shareholders, insolvency and bankruptcy. He also has experience with probate and family provision claims.

David has represented clients in most courts within NSW including the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, Federal Court, and the High Court.

David has a bachelor of laws and commerce from Macquarie University.
