Georgina is a lawyer in the Private Clients group within the McCabes Commercial Division, having joined as a graduate in 2022. She specialises in estate planning (including Wills with complex testamentary trusts), probate, estate administration and asset protection strategies.

Georgina holds a combined Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Politics and International Relations and Philosophy, from the University of Newcastle. She also holds a Diploma of Legal Practice and was admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in February 2022.

Prior to joining McCabes, she gained experience as a law clerk at a boutique Family Law firm in Newcastle. She has also undertaken pro bono work with the Hunter Community Legal Centre and the University of Newcastle Legal Centre, providing free legal advice on a diverse range of matters to members of the community.

Georgina is actively involved in the firm's initiatives, being a member of the Diversity and Inclusiveness Committee where she liaises with external organisations and charities.

Georgina is passionate about working closely with her clients to achieve the best possible outcomes and solutions.
