Isabella Panzarino

Isabella is an associate in McCabes' Financial Lines team, with a broad practice in commercial litigation and insurance disputes.

She assists insurers and insured professionals and organisations in a wide range of matters, including construction disputes, professional indemnity, property damage, product liability, management liability, strata disputes, defamation and class actions. Her experience includes defending claims against local councils, design and construction professionals, building contractors, doctors and other professional service providers, as well as body corporate and strata disputes, and she regularly appears in State and Commonwealth Courts as well as NCAT.

Isabella has been involved in complex, multi-party litigation, including class actions concerning residential developments, property damage and defective buildingwork across all jurisdictions in New South Wales, as well as the Federal Court of Australia.

Isabella holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business Administration from Macquarie University and was admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in November 2024.
