About

Justin is a Special Counsel in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. Justin holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Justin has extensive experience in a wide variety of contentious matters including contractual claims, building and construction disputes, shareholder disputes, regulatory investigations and proceedings (including ASIC proceedings), and professional negligence matters. Justin has regularly acted for SMEs, banks, insurers, listed companies, investment funds, and directors.

Prior to joining McCabes, Justin began his career with two prominent national firms in Sydney before going overseas where he became a partner of an international firm. Justin spent many years in an in-house capacity which means he has a strong understanding of client drivers in contentious situations and the need for a commercial approach to disputes without sacrificing on obtaining optimum results.
