About

Kubra is a lawyer in the casualty group of McCabes' insurance division, having joined the firm in 2022. Kubra specialises in public and product liability claims, including property damage, personal injury and VWA recoveries and common law claims.

Kubra advises global and national insurers in both non-litigated matters and litigated claims in the County Court of Victoria, Supreme Court of Victoria and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Prior to joining McCabes, Kubra obtained 4 years of hands-on legal experience in commercial law, property law, family law, migration & human rights and workplace relations & safety in private practice, community legal centres and not-for-profit organisations.

Kubra holds a Bachelor of Laws from La Trobe University and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2021.
