Morgan is a lawyer in the Employment, Workplace Relations & Safety Group within the McCabes Commercial Division. She has experience in a diverse range of matters pertaining to employment and industrial law, work health and safety, discrimination, bullying and harassment, and termination of employment.

Morgan graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Laws (first class Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology). She completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW in August 2023.

She first joined McCabes in 2022 as a paralegal within the Insurance division, before joining the 2023 Graduate cohort. Prior to joining McCabes, Morgan gained experience in a variety of boutique legal firms which specialised in personal injury, employment law, family law, and other areas of civil litigation. She also undertook internship programs with international commercial law firms, Allens in 2020, and King & Wood Mallesons in 2021.

Morgan is passionate about meeting clients' objectives and approaches all work with diligence and integrity. She is actively involved in the firm's initiatives and committees, including being part of the Diversity & Inclusiveness and WH&S committees, Reconciliation Action Plan Working Group, and liaising with external organisations and charities.
