About

Nicholas is a lawyer in the recoveries team within McCabes' general insurance division. He manages a high-volume portfolio of motor vehicle recoveries, settlements and credit hire claims in Victoria and South Australia.

Prior to joining McCabes, Nicholas worked for a boutique commercial law firm in which he managed a portfolio of property damage recovery, strata disputes, Australian Consumer Law matters and motor vehicle recoveries and settlements.

Nicholas prides himself in understanding the crux of his client's needs, resulting in methodical yet speedy advice and strategies designed to secure the best outcomes for his clients.

Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations) from Deakin University. Nicholas studied his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Leo Cussen and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2018.
