Rashaad is a Lawyer in the General Lines group of McCabes' Government division.

He specialises in personal injury and public liability claims, assisting national insurers in non-litigated and litigated matters in the District and Supreme Courts of New South Wales.

Rashaad was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2021. He is also admitted as a practitioner to the High Court of New Zealand.

Prior to joining McCabes, Rashaad gained experience at a global accounting firm, assisting clients with tax compliance and strategy.
