Robert is an experienced corporate lawyer with expertise in equity capital markets, M&A (public and private), financial services, securities regulation and corporate governance.

Robert has acted on a wide variety of complex and novel transactions over the last 15 years and advised clients in a number of different scenarios. This includes off-market and on-market takeovers, schemes of arrangement, Takeovers Panel matters, 611/7 acquisitions, IPOs and secondary equity capital raisings, capital instrument structuring, capital management initiatives, ASX listings and Listing Rule approvals.

Robert is also well versed in a variety of other regulatory spaces, including FIRB, financial services and markets licensing.
