About

Samantha is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group at McCabes, having first joined as a graduate in 2022.
She has experience in a diverse range of litigated and non-litigated matters pertaining to estates, contractual disputes and directors disputes.

Samantha holds a combined Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of International Relations from Bond University in Queensland. Samantha has also completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2022.

Prior to joining McCabes, Samantha gained experience working at Community Legal Centres in Queensland where she was passionately involved with pro bono claims. Samantha also completed an internship at the Artificial Intelligence Asia Pacific Institute where she assisted in writing a report on Trustworthy AI, which was published in August 2021.

Samantha is actively involved in the firm's initiatives, including liaising with external community legal centres and assisting with pro bono legal work.
