About

Bruce is a highly skilled insurance lawyer with over 30 years of representing insurers across personal injury claims, high value product liability claims, professional indemnity, maritime and life product classes.

His experience includes management of catastrophic and serious injury claims, including those where accidents, product failures, professional negligence and maritime events caused these injuries. He has vast experience in medical causation issues and treatment liability, including three years at MDA National Insurance, the largest medical indemnity insurer in Western Australia. His high level of medical treatment knowledge and understanding is an asset to his personal injury practice.

Bruce obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Shipping Law from the University of London in 1986 and practised exclusively in Marine and Admiralty Law in London from 1986 to 1990. Bruce obtained his Masters degree in 2013.
