Foez has extensive experience in commercial and contractual matters, equity and corporations law.

He combines his technical knowledge, business acumen and years of legal experience to deliver the best possible outcomes for his clients.

He has represented his clients in some of the most complex cases in the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal, and the High Court of Australia.

Some of these cases involved issues of significant public importance and have played an important role in shaping Australia's legal landscape.

Foez has a strong commitment to social justice and equity. He leads the firm's pro bono committee, and sits on the board of different charities and community organisations.
