Jordan joined McCabes in 2021 following a career working in equity capital markets and was admitted to practice as a solicitor in New South Wales in 2022.

At McCabes Lawyers, Jordan has worked on a variety of buy-side and sell-side transactions spanning public and private M&A, equity and debt capital markets (including initial public offerings on the ASX and as Australian counsel for an issuer listing on the Nasdaq and syndicated and cross-border debt finance transactions as well as business-as-usual corporate restructuring transactions.

Jordan has assisted a range of clients from private equity funds to exiting founders operating in a variety of sectors including healthcare, recruitment / human resources, renewable energy (solar), life sciences, industrials and real estate.  

Jordan graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2018 with Bachelor of Law (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce.

He also holds an RG146 qualification from Kaplan Professional and has completed level one of the Chartered Financial Analyst program.
