2023 has seen substantial legislative changes introduced concerning sexual harassment, particularly the positive duty on an employer to eliminate sexual harassment dealt with in the recently released Australian Human Rights Commission's Code and Guidelines. We will update clients regarding how to respond to these changes as well as providing an update on other developments in discrimination law.
