Angus is an associate in the Employment, Workplace Relations and Safety group at McCabes.

Angus has acted for a diverse range of private and public sector clients. He works closely with clients to provide timely, comprehensive and practical legal advice that aligns with their objectives.

Angus has experience in a wide range of matters covering all aspects of the employment relationship, including terminations, unfair dismissal and general protections claims, workplace complaint investigations, whistleblower matters, discrimination, bullying and harassment, and industrial relations. Angus also has experience in drafting workplace policies and employment contracts.

Angus has extensive litigation experience, having represented clients in proceedings before the Federal Court of Australia, Supreme Court of NSW, Fair Work Commission, Industrial Relations Commission of NSW, as well as the Australian Human Rights Commission and NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

Angus holds a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney, where he was recognised on the Dean's Merit List for Academic Excellence. Angus was admitted as a Solicitor by the Supreme Court of NSW.
