Associate
Monique is an Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution group of the McCabes Commercial division. She specialises predominantly in personal injury and public liability claims for NSW Government Agencies, private insurers, self-insurers, underwriters and brokers.
Monique has experience litigating public liability disputes in various jurisdictions including the Local, District and Supreme Courts of New South Wales, and the Magistrate and Supreme Court of Australian Capital Territory and Victoria.
She has also undertaken a competitive internship with her Honour Judge Norton SC in the District Court of NSW in 2019.
Monique started her career in a boutique firm, specialising in litigated and unlitigated workers compensation recoveries. Prior to joining the firm, Monique had practised in a global firm, where gaining exposure to complex personal injury claims, property damage matters, and complex dual insurance issues, in claims arising within NSW, interstate and internationally.
