Qiming is a senior associate in our Statutory Insurance Group, specialising in CTP.
She was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2015 and has since practised mainly in personal injury law, gaining specialist accreditation from the Law Society of New South Wales in 2022.
Qiming holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Commerce, and a Master of International Law and Security from the University of New South Wales.
The decision in Aleksic v AAI Limited t/as GIO [2023] NSWPICMP 466 acts as a reminder that in threshold injury disputes, a motor accident does not need to be the sole cause – or even the predominant cause – of the relevant medical condition.
